Well the team I think is the best team so far in the young 2009 season is the Toronto Blue Jays.
I think they are the best so far this season because they have a 13-6 record and lead the toughest divison in baseball(by only one game), now I know they dont have the best record in the MLB, but they are still playin' well and if they continue to play well they will have a really good chance of makin' the playoffs this season.

No Game Today, oh well.
I was gonna go to the Pirates vs. Marlins game today, because I watched the game yesterday, and I saw that not alot of people were there(due to rain), and I thought about goin' to the game because I knew that I would catch a good number of baseballs. Well now I decided I am not gonna go to the game. Hopefully the Pirates can have another good game.

Empty Gum Packs?!?!
Everyone has a collection, well I collect ticket stubs(and one day I will make a post with a picture of my ticket collection) and empty packs of gum. I know its weird, but I really dont care.
Well right now my empty gum pack collection is at 71. Here is a picture of it.
*I probably wont make another post about this until I get to around 100 empty gum packs.

4/15/09- Penguins vs. Flyers Round 1 Game 1
Yes! Its Stanley Cup playoff time.
16 teams 1 Goal.
I went to the game with Matt, my cousin Josh, and my Uncle John. When we got to the arena, I had to take a picture of the new Penguins arena in process.
After I got in the arena, I waited for the players to come on the ice, and then I took this next picture.
Its the view from my seat.
Section F32 Row C Seat 7, not bad.
That's the best player in the NHL Evgeni Malkin
I like the cool Stanley Cup Playoffs logo on the ice.
USS Hal Gill
Probably the best trade deadline addition ever Bill Guerin.
And now the other best player in the NHL Sidney Crosby.
My favorite Defenseman on the Penguins Kris Letang.
A standoff between the Penguins and Flyers.
A cool faceoff picture.
And this picture is probably my favorite picture of the game. After the Penguins beat the Flyers. Look at the Flyers players leavin' the ice.
And the next picture is just a random picture of me after I got home from the game. I look weird.
The picture above is the cool 2009 playoffs shirt I bought at the game.
The Penguins won game 1 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals 4-1. There were 3 asshole Flyers fans near me. I swore at them and they swore at me. I also swore like a sailor (I usually do) but I though I was gonna get yelled at because there was a few kids with their parents near me as well, but their parents never said a word to me. I really hope I can get tickets for another playoff game. It was probably the best Penguins game I was ever at. So I have had a good week, cause on Monday I was at the Pirates home opener, and I said that was the best Pirates game I have ever been to, and this game was the best Penguins game I have ever been to, but I know 100% that will change.

4/13/09- Pittsburgh Pirates Home Opener vs. Astros
I had to wake up at 9am, but I was too excited to sleep, but I finally feel asleep around 3:30am. I woke up, got ready, and left my house at 10am. I got to PNC Park around 10:45am, and me and my friend Matt went into PNC Park.
That arrow is pointin' at Matt.
I got some good pictures in BP.
I didn't catch any balls in BP, neither did Matt.
After BP Matt and I went to our seats. All the way up in Section 325. We were in Row Y, which is that last row up there. I like our seats, it was kinda like we had our own row.
This next picture is probably my favorite picture of the day.
Both the Pittsburgh Pirates and Houston Astros on the field in the pre-game ceremonies.
Here is a picture of the first pitch from my seat.
My camera doesn't take the best pictures that zoom isn't really good on it.
That's Freddy Sanchez at bat in the bottom of the 1st.
That's Nate McLouth.
Well this next picture is just Pittsburgh tradition.
Lance Berkman.
The attendence of the 2009 Pirates home opener.
38,311 is a pretty good attendence at PNC Park.
The Pirates beat the Astros 7-0. It was a great game to be at. Ryan Doumit and Adam LaRoche both hit their 2nd HR of the season. Zach Duke pitched a 4 hitter, and a complete game. Freddy Sanchez hit 3 Doubles in the game.
I always attend BP to try and catch balls, I sometimes catch a 1 or 2 balls, but I didn't catch any today. When I catch balls at BP or durin' the game I usually just take it home and hit it and lose it, but this year when I caught balls at games I was gonna start a collection. I got the idea from Zack Hample (if you dont know who he is, well you better find out). He has a blog on MLBlogs, and I read it all the time.

Pittsburgh Penguins Clinch A Playoff Spot!
Penguins beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 6-4, and the Penguins clinch a playoff spot. I am so happy cause I got playoff tickets for the first playoff home game.
Sidney Crosby scored 2 goals in the game, his first goal of the game was his 100th point of the season. Petr Sykora's goal was his 300th career goal.
LETS GO PENS!

For the whatever else I feel like blogs I will post with a few paragraphs, and maybe a picture of two. So that is all for now I will post more blogs whenever.
