2009 Stanley Cup Finals

A rematch of last year's Cup Finals where the Detroit Red Wings defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins in 6 games. I think this year the Penguins will win it, in 5 or 7 games. As much as I would love to see the Penguins sweep Detroit, or win it at home, I dont want that to happen, because Detroit won the cup in Pittsburgh last year, and this year I would love to see the Penguins win the cup in Detroit. My prediction is Penguins in 7 games.

5/23/09- Penguins @ Hurricanes- Eastern Conference Finals Game 3

Got to Raleigh on Friday around midnight. And I got a picture of the view from my hotel room.

I was hungry when I got into the arena so I got this

I love Philadelphia Cheesesteaks, but it was not as good as the cheesesteaks I had in Philly.

RBC Center is probably the nicest arena I have been in so far, and I must say the Carolina Hurricanes fans are very nice people. There was only a few Hurricanes fans that were not nice. Some guy in the same section as me kept sayin' Malkin sucks, but when Malkin scored I told him.
"Who Sucks?"
And if you do not know where your goin in Raleigh, you will probably get lost. Other than the 6-2 Penguins victory, the best part was the amount of Penguins fans at the game.

5/14/09- Indians @ Rays

This was my 3rd time at Tropicana Field. Got to Tropicana Field around 4:30pm and got the tickets for Section 144.

I got 1 ball at this game thrown to me by Rays pitcher Lance Cormier. Then the Indians came out for BP.

Also durin' BP I got a high-five from the Cowbell Kid.

The startin' pitcher for the Rays was James Shields.

A couple homeruns were hit my way. I didnt get them, but I saw myself on the highlights of the game on the news. I left the game in the top of the 8th. I have got 4 balls in 3 games this season.

My yearly vacation to Florida is almost over! :(
And there wont be a blog post about vacation. Im too lazy to make one.

5/5/09- Pirates vs. Brewers

I went downtown, and I bought a ticket in Section 303 for $9, and then I walked over to the gate, and I got in line I was one of the first people in the stadium. I was in the stadium probably about 30 seconds before I caught a ball.

At 5:30 I stood up in Section 142, and tried to catch balls. I was wearin' my Milwaukee Brewers shirt. I asked Seth McClung for a ball.

He did not throw me a ball, he just waved to me.
After BP I went up to Section 303 for a little bit.

I was behind Section 141 for around half an hour to see if Prince Fielder would hit a HR my way.

I MUST and I repeat MUST have atleast one slice of this pizza at PNC Park, at this game I had 2. And the next picture is Nyjer Morgan.

Everybody in the Left Field Bleachers LOVES him.

I caught 3 balls at this game, but I gave one of the balls to a kid.

The Pirates lost, and I left in the 7th.

No Pirates Game For Me: May 3

I was gonna go to the Pirates vs. Reds game Sunday afternoon on May 3, but I am not. I leave for vacation to Florida on Thursday(which I will be at the Indians vs. Rays game on 5/14 at Tropicana Field). There is a small possibility that I will go to the Pirates vs. Brewers game on Tuesday May 5th, but who knows, I hope I go.
