This is a short post about 2 pictures from a Pirates game in 2005.
I had 2 pictures, but only one would scan onto my computer.
In the picture above, I am with Zach Duke and Ian Snell.
I was very chubby then.
And the other picture that would not scan, it was taken on the same day, with former Pirate pitchers, Rick White and Brian Meadows.

4/21/10- Pirates vs Brewers
Got to PNC Park around 3:45, bought a ticket, and I was the first one in line. A Pirates season ticket holder/ballhawk, got me into the LF bleachers early for BP. Right away, I got my first and only ball of the day from Joel Hanrahan.
Above: I took the picture above, around 5:20, the Left field bleachers were pretty empty for BP.
The Brewers barely tossed up balls.
Lets just say, Im not a fan of the "Brew Crew"
After BP, I went to my seat, Zach Duke was warming up in Left Field, so I took this picture.
Below: The view from my seat, Section 136, Row C, Seat 1.
For the rest of the game, I just walked around the stadium, sittin' in random seats, on an attempt to catch another ball. At one point, I decided to get artsy with my camera, so I took the next two pictures below.
The next picture....
Look at the score, I decided to take this picture for proof, that the Pirates can never beat the Brewers. I left at the start of the 8th, I got tired. Before the game started, I played a whammy type game at the Songwhale stand in center field, where I won a Ryan Doumit jersey.
In the picture below is everything I collected at this game.
And the picture below, is an upclose look at the only ball I snagged at this game.
Season totals
1 ball at this game.
3 balls in 2 games this year.
1.5 balls per game (BPG)
22 Lifetime baseballs

Last 30 seconds of the game.
First picture, I took this picture of Mellon Arena from a distance, because this might be my last time at Mellon Arena :(
Note: Look at the sky in the picture above, it was about to rain.
When I got to the arena, I walked around, and snapped this picture below.
Below: Brad Thiessen
Below: Ponikarovsky and Orpik
Below: Rupp and Talbot
And below is the view from my seat.
Section C28 Row C Seat 7.
Below: A picture of the "whiteout"
Next 2 pictures, are random action shots of the game.
PENS WIN! 2-1! Series tied 1-1
When I got home I took the picture below, of my whiteout t-shirt, my towel, ticket, and Icetime.
Penguins won 2-1. Ottawa scored 18 seconds into the game! At that point, I was like "this is gonna be a long night"
The refs in this game, were just unbelievable.
But we won, so I am happy.
I hope to be at another playoff game this year, I want to say goodbye to Mellon Arena, one last time.

4/5/10- Pirates vs. Dodgers (2010 Opener)
Went with Matt and Josh.
Game time was 1:35pm
Home opener 2010!
Pirates vs Dodgers
We arrived at the stadium shortly after 10am
Before we entered the stadium, I took this picture.
When the gates opened I ran into the stadium, my cousin Josh got 2 balls at this game, one was thrown to him by Ross Ohlendorf, and his other ball, I forget who gave it to him.
My first ball of the 2010 season was a BP homerun hit by Garrett Jones, I didnt catch it on the fly, it bounced and I picked it up. I found my second ball in the first row of section 140, it was under the seat and I was surprised that no body else noticed it. After the Pirates finished BP, the Dodgers came out and I switched to my Dodgers shirt and hat.
My Dodgers gear below.
I didnt get any balls from Dodgers players.
So I finished the day with 2 balls, pictured below.
Before we went up to our seats in section 307, we grabbed some pizza from Diamond club.
BEST PIZZA EVER!
Just like at Penguins games, the Pirates now have a little book that the handout to the fans, its called First Pitch.
The picture below is both teams on the field before the game.
And below is random picture of the scoredboard with the 2010 Opening Day logo.
Below is a picture of the first pitch and view from my seat.
Section 307 Row U Seat 4.
Below: Akinori Iwamura on the scoreboard.
Below: Action shot, I believe it was Delwyn Young, I forget.
Below: A picture of me on the Clemente Bridge, when I was leavin' the stadium
Below: A picture of 2 tickets I collected at this game.
My ticket is the one on top.
Pirates won 11-5, Garrett Jones hit 2 homeruns, Ryan Doumit also had a homer.
Zach Duke pitched good and got the win. Fans here in Pittsburgh are not big fans on Manny Ramirez, I dont hate him, but I sure dont like him.
